Ron Carter, Executive Consultant with the Advisory Alliance, has more than 25 years of corporate training and organization development experience. He has in-depth experience in working with executives and executive management teams to assess their current strategy in light of changes in the global economy, technological improvements, changing customer expectations and their own employee expectations for the future.

Ron has also worked with senior Sales Function Teams and HR teams to facilitate bringing world class capabilities, programs and practices necessary to effectively execute stated corporate strategy.

Ron is also highly experienced in the area of leadership development, executive coaching and team building. Using simulations designed to generate real-time learning, he has consulted to management groups in more than 20 countries and in industries as diverse as Banking/Financial Services, Pharmaceutical/Chemical, Real Estate Development and Online Business Information Services to develop, refresh and refocus their strategic plans.

For seven years, Ron was a Director at Merck & Company where he focused on Executive Education and International Leadership and Organizational Development. During this period, he designed the 360º feedback process used outside the United States by Merck's executives, as well as, facilitated Strategic Alignment Processes in 8 countries.

Ron was with Bankers Trust Company for almost ten years serving in roles that included Corporate Training and Development, Executive Education and Leadership Development and Succession Planning. He also served as Director of Rutgers University's Center for Management Development.

Ron earned his Masters at Fordham University and his Bachelors from the University of Southern Mississippi.
